Simply originate your loan modification, email or fax us the file with the Haber CC submission form and the process starts. Within 24-48 hours we fax the 3rd party authorization to the clients lender.

We review the file for completion and accuracy and send a needs list to the originator. It is up to you whether you gather any missing items or Haber CC does-that depends on your relationships with your clients.

Upon having a complete package we submit to the lender for modification or workout.

We follow lender turntimes carefully and constantly check on status for fastest delivery time.

Upon approval we give the originator the terms for delivery to client.

We communicate via email and phone-but most easliy via our shared document drive that allows you real time status 24/7 to conversation logs, master account logs and generic forms.

Haber CC has a $350 per file fee payable upon file receipt. You can pay via Pay Pal with credit /debit cards or business check.
